Over the past 4 years a substantial amount of work has been done on the development potential of farm buildings. Several architects have been involved and numerous plans and drawings have been prepared. These documents are largely subject to Copyright but it may be possible for interested parties to view information subject to the agreement of the architects/planners permission.

You are asked to submit your contact details solely for the purpose of communication regarding Delmonden Farm East. All information will be deleted from our files upon request. 

Expressions of Interests and Viewings

Kindly note that viewers will be asked for evidence of their ability to purchase. Typically a pre-approval letter from a mortgage lender or a proof of funds document from their bank.

Open days and private viewings will be organised in accordance with demand.
