Delmonden Farmhouse requires some refurbishment
Windows require replacement or reconditioning and the Cellar requires work to be usable (it has not been in use for the past 100 years).
Cosmetic changes such as Carpets and Redecoration are left to the buyers discretion and choice.

Delmonden Farm Pool and Pool Hut have not been in use for several years. The all weather electric cover is in need of replacement, and a general overhaul of the Pool area is required. This will be left to the discretion of a buyer as to whether a Swimming Pool complex is desirable.
